Its our first all-dayer - we'll be celebrating it with all our friends in the best Venue in the city, with a load of extras including a film screening, some collaborative merch and a limited edition beer cans!
Last year was a stormer and we're kicking things off with a bang with some of the best DJs around.
Firstly, the amazing Yann Vatiste who is part of the fabric of the London soul scene and the man behind the brilliant Epsilon Records. He’ll be joined by two people who are a central piece of what is arguably the best soul nighter in the county, Phil Shields and Tom Page of the Rugby Soul Club. If that wasn’t enough we have the wonderfully talented Dean Chalkey, who will not only be spinning records but showcasing his short film, ‘Young Souls’, as part of the Wigan Casino 50th anniversary celebration…
If that wasn't enough, we'll also have Liverpool Soul Weekender’s Martin Haddock plus Brett Franklin, Claire Kalvis and to cap it all off - Rob and Paul McKeever from the South Lakes Soul Club, plus the usual Home Run Soul Club residents of course.
As part of this special event, we’ll also be collaborating with Manchester arts collective We Are Willow, so watch this space for details of this collab which will include a full range of merchandise including a special edition Seven Brothers IPA, t-shirts and tote bags. Tickets for this event are priced at £10.00 and are available online from the link below. Stay tuned for more info on the guest DJ’s and the collab! HRSC!
