We also have an amazing deal on accommodation with full buffet breakfast, evening meal and venue entertainment pass all included for just £160 (early Bird price)per person for 3 days.

 

Sand Bay's accommodation offers, single rooms, Twin rooms, Double rooms, Rooms for 3 persons and rooms that sleep 4 people. Please ask when booking. 

Event Cost

Your event ticket which includes, accommodation, entertainment pass, full buffet breakfast, evening meal for 3 days.

 

Is priced at just £160 per person (Early Bird Price)

 

HOW TO BOOK

Bookings, via the Pontins Booking Office (Sand Bay), (open 9.30 am - 5.30 pm) Tel: 01934 428200 (local rate call) or

Pontins Main Booking Office (open 9.00am - 6.00.pm) Tel: 0333 3238 733 (premium rate 13p per min)

 Quote SOULWX as the event reference. Just pay your deposit to lock in the early bird price .

Early bird price is £160 per person this price is valid until 31st July 2023 .( £20 deposit per booking ) 

After that date the price per person is £175 .

The balance is due 2 months prior to event commencement.

Check out is on Monday morning after breakfast.

There is a retailers area open during the day and evening over the weekend .

There is also a record dealers area .

 

Music from 12 Midday until 3.00 am Friday and Saturday, Sunday - Music from 12 Midday until 12 Midnight.

(Late night sessions are being looked at see this page for further details over the coming months. )

 

Performing live on the Saturday night will be :

Really looking forward to this event a lot of couples coming down from Nottingham. 

Unfortunately due to family issues a couple can't attend. They have a room for 2 meals Inc, cost £320 open to offers if anyone is interested to take over there room contact kev 07970211436 thanks.

Hope this is OK to put on here if no I will remove

It will be nice to get in our accommodation at a reasonable time this year,, last year was a joke,,

Don’t think it will be any quicker this year to get booked in. 4pm is the official check in  according to Pontins

Music starts at noon on Friday, bar is open and we have asked if they can start check in sooner so let's see what happens :)

Music on from noon on Friday,  bar is open too , we are holding the check in in the main roomm so that music and dancing can continue in other room , we have asked if they can do check in earlier and if the rooms are cleaned and prepped they will , hope this helps :)

the whole country is a 4 pm check in ,, not start queuing at 4  ,, not sure if you were there last year ,, the whole point of a 4 check in ,, is  your accommodation is allocated

Yes I was in attendance and it wasn’t the

best check in every one was told to check in at same time it would of been nice to have staggered it a little. Don’t you remember?

still a great weekend though
