Folks, here's some video footage from the main room at the last Morecambe event in May - a reminder of the atmosphere for those who were able to attend and a glimpse of things to come for those of you who didn't 

Looking forward to seeing everyone back at the Morecambe oldies revival,  Sat 19th Aug, at the new and improved Alhambra 7pm till 3am.

Hi everybody, top man and top DJ Roger Banks has asked me to let you all know he's DJing again at Morecambe on Sat 19th Aug at the Alhambra in the Carleton Inn Room and will also bringing his extensive record stall with him. So now's your chance to grab those elusive records you've  been chasing.

I should just add that all record dealers are welcome and we don't charge  for tables.

Hey everyone – some of you have been asking, so here’s a heads-up on the DJ times for the Carleton Inn Room this Saturday night at Morecambe.

Although the Carleton Inn Room is already being referred to as the ‘rare room’ please don’t be put off thinking it will be hours on end of choons played simply because they’re rare! that isn’t the idea – you can expect  a good mix of quality 60s, 70s, underplayed, overlooked (and of course elusive tracks you simply don’t hear much) from the DJs, who will all have an eye on the dancefloor too!!
Pay us a visit you might be pleasantly surprised!

Well the clock is ticking as the countdown begins for this massive event in Morecambe!
with additional Dancefloor space and seating to cater for the huge demand

If you want to get a feel for the atmosphere you can expect at Morecambe, here are some photos from the 40th Anniversary in April.......packed, hot, sweaty and electric sums it up nicely I'd say

The Alhambra management has asked us to let you all know that the bar is fully stocked with drinks at reasonable prices for the event on Saturday night; plus if you're lucky enough to be the nominated driver they've put on a driver's special promotion, a pint of  coke is just £2.50  and a pint of any cordial and soda is  just £1.

Pay for all your drinks by cash or card at any of the bars, it couldn't be simpler, everybody seems to be talking about this event, not long now until Saturday

It's nearly here, this Saturday sees us all back at Morecambe for another Oldies Revival in the main hall, plus the Carleton Inn Room spinning all those rare and underplayed tunes. The buzz on this one has been amazing, can't wait to see everyone.

Well can't wait for tomorrow gonna be a great night carlton room especially and main hall excellent buzz about this event . 

Stop press: the Alhambra has informed us that the lift is unfortunately out of order and can't be fixed until next week. So if anybody  knows a friend with mobility issues, please let them know that the only access to this event is by the main stairs. The management apologies for any inconvenience caused.
