Soul Brew At The George

                                                                         NB - THIS EVENT IS NOW CANCELLED

Unfortunately, Soul Brew were told at our June event at The George that - during a very recent change of management - our bookings for the remaining months of this year  seem to have got lost during the handover & the new manager now has other events booked in for the dates that we thought were ours, so it's left us with no other option than to cancel our next few events at the venue. 

                                                                       HOWEVER - WATCH THIS SPACE - WE HAVE PLANS IN MIND!!

Soul Brew have yet another storming night in store for us in The Mead Hall - the upstairs function room at The George, Cleckheaton - where the DJs will be playing their usual mix of Northern stompers, Motown dancers, 60s club soul & up-tempo R&B, along with a sprinkling of rare & underplayed tunes thrown in for good measure. All aimed to keep the dancers happy & the floor busy - bring your dancing shoes!

The Mead Hall has bags of character; a warm & welcoming atmosphere, with seating around the decent-sized dance floor, plus some nice little nooks & crannies for seating. There is a car park & there will be menus available at the bar for food to order from the downstairs bistro. 

                                 Record dealers are always very welcome!   

The George is very easy to find - just up the road from Cleckheaton bus station & facing onto the park.Card payments are accepted at the bar, but cash only on the door please.
