Understanding that this new April date became available you may wish to transfer your current ticket to this earlier event. We have contacted Skiddle and they can accommodate by following the below.

We have a swaps process. Ticket holders will need to contact the Customer Support team by giving them a call on 03333 01 01 01. The customer support team will issue a booking fee credit to the customer's account and ask the customer to rebook for the new date. Once they have rebooked the tickets for the new date, their original tickets will be refunded.
