Queue outside prior to 4pm opening and very very busy . Air-conditioning, that amazing sound system and friendly /welcoming atmosphere & upmarket club vibe always makes these monthly events rather special . Great rarer and x-over early door tunes from Dave Hancock including the new in demand Bobby Harden release (Dala) and didn’t the forthcoming Lou Pride 45 sound so good . Judging by the reaction, Gabriels ‘love & hate ..’ looks like becoming a new dance floor monster. Some crowd pleasing 7ts and Motown from Micky tho young Alex’s opening spot wasn’t for me with his take on ‘hard disco’ and Studio 54 sounds, but clearly was for some, so credit to Alex for bringing something else to the mix. Looking forward to next months Sosa already . 1
