CHARITY ALLDAYER SUNDAY 10th JULY 2022.

+ My big birthday bash.

Well, a big thank you to everyone who travelled from near and far, including Joseph Kavna all the way from Scotland, to join us for a our Charity Alldayer. It was a brilliant response and we really do appreciate your support for this worthy cause.

£276.70 raised on the day through donations and the raffle, and maybe a little more when SANDS open the official collection boxes, (we'll keep you posted).

A big thank you to all the DJ's Denise Fitzsimmons, Liz Mahoney, Julie Val & David Burke, Keiron Woodward, Karen Bickerton & Graeme Bickerton and of course, my loving wife and co host Joan Rimmer who played fantastic sets throughout the day and donated their fees to the Charity. A big thank you from me.

A big thank you to Laura Shields and her team at The Stanley for providing the venue and keeping everone refreshed on such a hot and glorious day.

Lastly, can I say personally a big thank you to everyone for all the birthday cards and presents I received on the day and also before. Did someone say I liked craft beers......lol I'm going to really enjoy drinking and reading my soul books in the garden while the sun continues to shine.

Many thanks to one and all and we hope you can make our next regular bi-monthly event on the 13th August, when our Guest DJ will be Phil Broadhurst (Farnworth Cricket Club) who will be joining us and spinning his favourite tunes.
