The Blackpool Tower Togetherness Northern & Modern Soul Weekender, Friday to Sunday November 11th-13th.

Here is an 'at-a-glance' summary of all the updates I have recently posted on the official group BLACKPOOL TOWER SOUL WEEKENDER Facebook page.

If you are coming along and want to find out what's what, then I strongly recommend that you join the group and view the topics in more detail:

Here are the highlights:

*Advance 3-day tickets are available exclusively online from www.ticketsource.co.uk/the-blackpool-tower

Please do not buy elsewhere as the transferring of tickets is not allowed. The ID you show should match the name in the system.

* You can collect wristbands 10am-4pm on Thursday and from 10am onwards on Friday, from the ticket office, prom-side.

* Wristbands should be collected by the person who ordered - group bookings can send the party leader who can pick up everyone's wristbands to save extra queuing.

* Have your proof of purchase ready and some ID with you as you collect- you may well be asked for it. This is to avoid scammers.

A bank card or driving licence will suffice.

* Blackpool Tower is 100% cash-less, both at the bars and cloakroom. However the traders can take cash or card.

* Please do not try and bring in talcum powder, booze, food or event flyers. Bags will be searched by our friendly security team and any such items will be confiscated.

* Room theming and DJ playing times - please refer to the Blackpool Tower Soul Weekender facebook group for full details.

* Snacks and hot meals - please refer to the Blackpool Tower Soul Weekender facebook group for menu, serving times and prices.

* No unofficial traders are allowed.

* You cannot pay on the door by cash or card, however you can order online as you arrive in town, visit www.ticketsource.co.uk/the-blackpool-tower Your e-ticket will then be available immediately as you then arrive at the Tower reception.

*While you are in Blackpool you can visit the Winter Gardens ticket office on Church St; at the following times to purchase tickets for New Year's Eve, the June All-Dayer and The International Soul Festival #6 incorporating Wigan Casino's 50th Anniversary and avoid paying the additional booking fees:

Thursday: 11am-3pm

Friday & Saturday: 11am-7pm

Sunday: 11am-3pm
