Ross 0 Posted January 19, 2022 OPENING TIMES 7PM UNTIL 2AM ADVANCE TICKETS ONLY: Due to the popularity of the last 4 events, which were sold out, we will again be strictly advance tickets only, and again we will be restricting tickets to 400 maximum - no admission without wristbands,.....£10 via paypal address soulatthegrand@yahoo.com using the FRIENDS AND FAMILY payment option. Please remember to supply your name and address so that your wristbands/confirmation can be posted out to you, this will also assist with any 'Track & Trace' requirements that may still be in place for public venues at this time. You will be sent an email confirmation of your ticket order within 48 hours, and wristbands will be sent out in the last week of January, with full details of any Covid-19 restrictions that may still be in place. Happy to announce the first of our guest DJ's for the night is the wonderful Mark Davis who is a resident DJ at the Farnborough Soul Club and has also played at various different venues in the south east, including Ascot, Teddington, Hoodoo, Ryde Castle IOW and the infamous Wooden Bridge at Guildford, and the SWSC Woolacombe and Weston Rally Soul Room. who will again be wowing you with his fantastic vinyl! Second guest dj is Paul Riley, who has dazzled the dancefloor with his tunes at Warmwell and Weston SWSC rallies - this up and coming dj is not to be missed.....you will not be disappointed! I am very happy to announce that we will also see the return of Shaun Robson to spin his fabulous tunes......So what can I tell you about this chap? Well to me he will always be affectionately known as 'Uncle Nobby'....he started djing many years ago on the CCI rallies in the early/mid nineties for our dear Tony Class, more recently you can find him spinning the vinyl at VCB events , Street Soul, Yeovil Soul Club, Brutons Got Soul and SWSC Woolacombe Rally soul room, he also played for us twice at the Grand before it closed.....a real crowd pleaser!
