Her Hidden Gems CD from the early 90's was packed with crackers and all previously un-released and just shows that the quality of the rest of her Stax output was top notch. My fave's on this apart from I'll Never Stop Loving You are: My Man Believes In Me, It |Ain't An Easy Thing, Good Man & Goodbye My Love.

I always thought Carla Thomas was very underrated.

These are my favourites...

'Love Means You Never Have To Say You're Sorry'

'Pick Up The Pieces'

'I Play For Keeps'

'Gee Whiz! (Look At His Eyes)'

'I'll Never Stop Loving You'

Not to forget these gems...

'Baby'

'What A Fool I've Been'

'I May Not Be All You Want'

'When Tomorrow Comes'

'I've Fallen In Love With You'

'Sugar'

'I Like What You're Doing To Me'

'I'm Getting Closer To You'

'Didn't We Almost Make It'

That's enough for now.

These threads remind you how much you really like an artist.

Always loved this live version.

I remember posting this in the Record of the Day section and saying what a shame they slowed the recorded version down...The actual record is lovely in it's own right, but Would have been a fantastic Northern record recorded properly at this tempo! :hatsoff2:

Precious Memories , A wonderful piece of soul.

Possibly my favourite track on the Detroit influenced Lp.

Here's a duet from another underrated LP.

From the duets album, "Boy Meets Girl"

Bout time Adey put out "let's cross over again, again"
