Earlier in the day, Chris will be giving an interview for TV Production company, Blenheim Films on "The Soul Scene" and the film crew will be sticking around for most of the night for some extra footage for the program. So if youve always fancied being on TV, nows your chance!!!

A Happy New Year to all of our friends and supporters World-Wide, its only been four weeks, but Christmas seems like it was a very long time ago!!! I hate January myself, its such an anti-climax!!! Thank goodness its almost over. The only good thing about January is the forthcoming Chocolate Soul

Tsk tsk to those of you that missed out, you wont be making that mistake again will you? it was good to see some old faces (Paul & Potty, where have the two of you been hiding???) and plenty of new ones too!

Next Friday, January 25th sees the welcome return of Chris Brown who will, if judging be his last appearance, be playing yet another unforgettable set.

The Soul Village Weekender

With the backing of UK based Blues and Soul Magazine and East West Records, the inaugural Soul Village Organisation Weekender takes place over the Bank Holiday Weekend of June 1st, 2nd & 3rd, 2002 at the Corton Holiday Village, Corton near Lowestoft, Suffolk. The event boasts two rooms of music hosted by - Bigger (B&S), Steve Wren (Choice FM), Dr Bob Jones (Radio London), Snowboy, Max Rees, Stretch Taylor, The Sour Mash Collective and a whole host of others. The on site radio broadcasts will be provided by www.soul24-7.com and guests.

The cost is a very reasonable £60 per person. Deposits are being taken now.
