sad news indeed heard about  this on radio 2 this morning  

Heard the news driving back from Wales this afternoon. Radio 4's 6pm news broadcast; very decent coverage for a great man who gave us so much wonderful music.

 Sad news indeed, but what a legacy he's left us

One of the greatest producers ever, sadly missed.
