I thought 'The Volumes - Ain't Gonna Give You Up' was £400.00, not £1,725.00!

Great record regardless.

Len, it's dollars not pounds, at today's exchange rate about £1150, still a lot.

It is pretty rare with still not too many copies about.  May not be everyone's cuppa but it is massively in demand and rams the floor every time.

Great to have this feature back on Soul Source, albeit in another format. A reality check for some of us who still think in old money.

Looks as if a few people missed the Norma Jenkins & The Dolls "The Airplane Song" Maltese on Ted Ross's recent e-bay auction then.

Never get urge to play or sell it,think I will keep it just to jar off the more money than sense brigade.

The original eBay entry for the Hopkins Brothers was for 2 copies of the record which have been in storage for 45 years (as I understand it).

what is really scary is how many collectors have these records on here, you are sitting on a ton of money! I hope you are all fully insured!!
