Charity Auction Donation 45s - Great Ormond St & Norfolk and Norwich Care Unit
intention to run a record auction of donated 45s...
Dear All,
My granddaughter Emmie-Rae was born in August this year with 5 serious heart conditions and has spent many weeks at our our local Norfolk & Norwich Neonatal Intensive Care Unit & Gt. Ormond St. Her struggle will continue for many years but we know she is in the very best medical hands this country can offer.
As a measure of our gratitude we are raising money for both hospitals in the hope of buying lifesaving equipment for others in the future.
Please see the local newspaper & TV links below:

I am organizing a Charity Northern Soul All-Dayer in Norwich on January 18th (1pm-11pm) on behalf of both hospitals and would like to ask for your help. It is my intention to run a record auction of donated 45s with all the proceeds going to the charitable trusts.
All records donated will be sold as batches or as single offerings depending on value and I will give people on Soul-Source the opportunity to leave commission bids and continue the auction at the All-Dayer (for those attending) with the highest bidder winning the item(s).
I have also attached 2 documents that we are circulating locally including a letter of confirmation from the charities we are collecting for.
So people, I am asking for soulies on here to donate 'unwanted' Northern/Modern/R&B etc 45's whether they be bootlegs reissues, originals etc to help raise desperately needed money for our UK hospitals. If you can help please PM me or you can friend me on Facebook ~ Alan Monsey.
Early in 2015 I will hopefully be able to put a list in sales on here for you guys to leave closed bids if anything is of interest to you.
Every little helps people ~ Lets all try to make a difference!
If you need further information please feel free to contact me on 07920107984. I'm sure some of you will either know me or recognize me from the scene over the last 35 years!! (Where has that gone?)
Thank you all for your support.
Alan Monsey
