Change in Northern Web Ring

Just to let you know that after almost 3 years, have handed over the running of the Northern Web Ring to Bernie O Brien.

Set up to help soul fans find Northen sites easier and web site owners get exposure. Felt due to other going ons could not give it the time and effort it deserves. So have passed it on, and hopefully Bernie will take it onwards and upwards
