read more for clip of Deans bio from Boundary Sound Born and raised in Newark, being of Jamician Parentage, my early musical influences were Reggae and Soul Music of the time. In the early to mid 70's at the height of the Northern Soul craze in the UK I started collecting/buying records. I was very pleased to find some of my Mum's own records i.e. Marvin Gaye, Jimmy Cliff, Spencer Davis were also popular on this great scence. I started DJing along with some mates at local youth clubs and dinner time school discos around 76. From then my love for American "influenced" soul music mainly from the 60's has grown. Since the early 1980's I have D J 'd at numerous alnighters and soul clubs in England, Scotland, Wales and also occassionally on the Continent. My love for the music gets stronger with age. My hunger for finding obscure, undiscovered records continue. My STUPIDITY for travelling the length and depth of the Country, week in and week out GOES ON. ENJOY THE SHOW.
